Key activities

• Commercial Excellence:
  1. Proactively participate in business activities to uncover and to identify opportunities for business growth
  2. Facilitate and improve implementations of commercial strategies and tactics with analytical initiatives
  3. Deliver data-driven insights to answer business questions raised by stakeholders across a wide spectrum of business functions (Marketing, Sales, SFE and Finance … etc.)
• Data Analytics
  1. Develop and maintain dashboards according to business requirements
  2. Develop and maintain data pipelines between database and dashboard solutions
  3. Ensure latest operational metrics are accurately loaded into BI solutions within timely fashion
  4. Maintain process and documentation to ensure implementations follow best practices
  5. Administer access rights and policies to ensure data security is properly controlled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or data science related majors.
• (Required) 3-5 years of experience in data analytical functions
• (Highly preferred) 2-3 years of experience in consulting functions
• Highly curious and able to quickly learn new knowledge and skillsets
• Demonstrate behaviour of continuous improvements and mindset of ownership thinking
• Affinity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, plan out project milestones, and execute according to timeline
• Fluency in English (TOEIC > 700)
• Proficiencies with Technical:

         - Python, SQL, Snowflake, DBT, Excel, PowerQuery, Git, PowerBI

             - Communication & Project Management: Azure DevOps, UIUX, Data Storytelling

• Github portfolio to showcase past experience and expertise
