The position
As an IT Solution and Service Manager, you will take on the
roles of IT System & Service Manager and IT Responsible,
overseeing one or more IT systems and OT/computerized equipment.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance,
lifecycle management (LCM), and maintaining strong IT processes to
support security and operational excellence.
You will leverage your expertise in IT compliance within a regulated industry to guide stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and ensure system readiness for health authority audits. With minimal supervision, you will handle both routine and complex tasks, contributing valuable insights and support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain system documentation
in ServiceNow, and perform troubleshooting on IT systems and
infrastructure, including virtual environments, networks, and
risk-based evaluations.
• Manage IT systems, including
Windows servers, databases, networks, and
configuration/performance monitoring, while co-managing IT
solutions for computerized equipment.
• Ensure testing
compliance, perform annual user reviews, and maintain systems in
accordance with Novo Nordisk and health authority
regulations.
• Support projects with IT governance,
compliance, and cybersecurity best practices to uphold regulatory
standards.
• Be prepared to present systems in health
authority audits, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
You will work with SCADA systems, LMES/PAS-X systems, and
other technologies, receiving both formal training and on-the-job
development. Expect close collaboration with colleagues across
departments and Novo Nordisk’s central IT organization.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
• A
bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, electronic engineering, or a
related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT System
& Service Management within a regulated industry.
•
Expertise in IT and/or automation and server and infrastructure
operations such as patching, performance monitoring, and network
knowledge.
• Having service now experience with integrated
risk management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both
spoken and written English.

About the department
Device Component Manufacturing (DCM) is the unit in Novo
Nordisk’s Product Supply division, who is leading in component
manufacturing of tomorrow’s devices for Novo Nordisk patients
helping millions of people around the world to live with chronical diseases.
We are approximately 600 employees dedicated to partner up with our colleagues within Novo Nordisk and setting the standards for today's and tomorrow's device component production.
