The position
The role is expected to contribute to the continuous
improvement of project management processes, drive efficiency
and effectiveness in project delivery, and support the
organization in achieving its strategic objectives through
successful project execution. Additionally, the role aims to
expand the footprint of the Project Management Office in line
with Novo Nordisk priorities and objectives.

The Project Management Office (PMO) at Novo Nordisk is a
dynamic and innovative team dedicated to effectively driving and
overseeing project execution within the organization. As part of
the R&ED and DSI departments, the PMO plays a crucial role
in aligning project activities with strategic objectives,
ensuring efficient execution, and fostering innovation. Our goal
is to support the seamless transition from project strategy to
successful implementation by providing robust oversight,
coordination, and support to drive impactful digital
transformation initiatives.
