Programme Manager

The position

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for driving a new cross-organisational centre of excellence focusing on plastic for medical devices and enabling a stronger collaboration between colleagues across development, sourcing, production and sustainability.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead a cross-organisational Sustainable Materials Centre of Excellence
• Be responsible for strategic planning and ensure execution of our ambitions and roadmaps for sustainable materials
• Set direction on external innovation projects and collaborations
• Ensure alignment and transparency on plans, deliverables, and progress across Novo Nordisk  

Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:

• A master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in project management, strategy development and integration, and sustainability management
• Proven track record in managing cross-organisational projects
• Strong project management skills and experience in integrating strategy and strategic roadmaps
• Knowledge about sustainable materials 

About the department
The Material Science & Sustainability department at Novo Nordisk drives the strategic direction for sustainability and circular design within the Devices & Delivery Solutions area, and we are responsible for the material selection in the development of these products. Located in Hillerød, our experienced team is dedicated to innovation and excellence in material science and sustainability.
