The position
As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Plan, organize, and control resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

  • Manage cross-functional projects while supporting key decisions and milestones.

  • Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.

  • Provide clear goals and purpose for the project and team members to ensure effective use of time and resources.

  • Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive projects.

 

Qualifications
We seek a candidate who meets these qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, or other relevant degree).

  • At least 3 years working experience in project management.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Fluency in English preferred, and Danish will be an advantage.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of technical project management will be an advantage for this position.

As a person, you possess effective communication and leadership abilities. You also have an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

 

About the department
The AM KA Project Management team is based in Kalundborg and consists of 20 dedicated professionals. We manage and support projects in our aseptic manufacturing facility, producing medicine for rare diseases such as haemophilia. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
