The position
As our new Digital Twin Project Manager, you will play a prominent role in Fill & Finish production Expansions where you will be part of building our new global and digital AP Module and accelerating the implementation across global sites. 

You will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of Digital Twin solutions across our organization, working closely with different key stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance our digital capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

Your focus areas will be to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Twin projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal resources and external vendors
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Digital Twin technology

Some travel activity is to be expected. 
 
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can fulfil most of the following requirements for this position.

  • Hold a Master's, Bachelor's, or Technician degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of Digital Twin or related technologies, with a strong understanding of Digital Twin con-cepts and applications, such as design referential, 3D modelling, process flow simulation, and virtual commissioning
  • Experience in the technology industry within a GMP-regulated environment is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders, along with strong presentation abilities

About the department
Digital, Data & IT Product Supply (DD&IT PS) – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.

Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve. 

As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
