Position
Are you a dedicated clinical operation professional who enjoys working in dynamic and multicultural work environment? Are you passionate about clinical research and have previous experience in people management? If yes, you might be our new Clinical Operations Manager. This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic and will report to Therapeutic Area Head. Clinical Operations Manager will accompany Clinical Research Associates on monitoring visits 1-2 per month.
The Position
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be leading Trial Operation team to deliver specific Therapeutic Area trials allocated by implementation of CDC (Clinical Development Centre) tactics within onboarding, talent management, people development, performance management, etc. in alignment with CDC.

About The Department
CDC (Clinical Development Center) Czech Republic is a new set up of clinical organization in Novo Nordisk. Within CDC, you will join Therapy Area unit specialized in CVD (Cardiovascular Disease), OSCD (Other serious chronic diseases) & Rare Diseases. As a manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 -12 CRAs.
