What’s the role about?

As a Scrum Master, you are to be part of the DD&IT PS LABS QC IT team and facilitate the team for efficient delivery, stakeholder management and coaching. You should keep track of all IT deliverables in collaboration with the QC and ASAT  departments to help solve impediments and escalate if necessary.


You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Help the agile team and key stakeholders manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews
  • Help the agile team and other roles prepare and align expectations before and during events
  • Ensure that the agile team is equipped with the right knowledge, tools and training to reach the teams’ maximum potential
  • Drive the Agile teams’, vendors’, and customers in the Agile way of working incl. Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps, Agile QMS and Agile Sourcing
  • Be a change ambassador to drive the learning culture and promote the Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk

Candidate profile

We expect you to have a BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in IT.

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Scrum Master with certification
  • Understand the Agile mindset and culture
  • Experience on Agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Danish is a big advantage
  • Certification in SAFe agile is highly preferred
  • Experience in Lean-Agile methodologies preferred
  • Experience with technical IT delivery as developer, tester or similar preferred

QC and ASAT. continuously work to support the production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analyses of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is of high quality and ready for release to patients.
