Position
Do you want to improve production performance, and do you have a passion for bridging Business and IT? We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our development and implementation of dashboard solutions on the production lines at our factories.
The position
As our new Business Analyst, you will drive the
implementation of our solutions in collaboration with Product
Owners, Developers, UX/UI researchers and designers and local
responsible in an agile setup.
Furthermore, you will help
realizing business benefits of the solutions and identifying how
to measure it. You’ll have a chance to immerse yourself into
not only the tech, but also understand the ins and outs of the
business challenge as you engage with the team members as well
as internal stakeholders to shape the best solutions for our
users on shopfloor. The role primarily operates from the office
in Ballerup but entails travel to production sites within and
outside of Denmark.
Your main tasks include:
• Leading the business
benefit realization in Product Supply within Manufacturing
Intelligence by driving clarification of business need and
clarification of associated solutions.
• Understanding
and learning about operational technology production
data.
• Supporting and participating in implementation
activities for our solutions on shopfloor
• Managing and
track business and technical troubleshooting and stakeholder
expectations.
• Sparring with local stakeholders to
improve data processes and data quality.
• Continuously
challenging and suggesting new processes and methods which can
improve the project team and the solution.
• Owning,
improving and communicating the Business Benefit
Realization.
• Hosting community workshops and training
of users, such as operators, technicians and local team leaders.
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague
who can contribute both professionally and personally. To
succeed in the role, you have a proven track record in most of
the following:
• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science,
business economics, information management.
• 2+ years
of relevant work experience in either student jobs or full-time
jobs.
• Ability to translate between technical and
business requirements to a variety of stakeholders, as well as
managing and keeping track of stakeholder requirements and
expectations in a technical and IT setting.
• Excellent
oral and writing skills in English and at least intermediate
Danish.
• Great Excel, PowerPoint and presentation
skills.
• Understanding of production processes, Lean
principles, and project management (Agile/Scrum), with
experience in Azure DevOps will be a plus.
• Exposure to
PLC/SCADA systems and basic Tableau or PowerBI skills will be an advantage.
As a person you are bright and a very fast learner. You are very structured in your approach, can deal with a fast pace and a steep learning curve, are very proactive and independent, flexible, self-driven, and team oriented. You are eager to learn, and you are curious in nature. You are also an outgoing person and confident in interacting with different stakeholders, at many levels, and able to proactively get involved in relevant technical and non-technical discussions.
About the department
You will be part of the Data Governance & Insights
department in Digital, Data & IT. We set strategic direction
within data governance and insights solutions in Novo Nordisk
and are creating insights solutions for the production lines
across Novo Nordisk to help create overview and transparency for
employees on shopfloor at the factories. We are a social, high
performing, and diverse department driven by exploring,
digitalising, and improving manufacturing processes across Novo
Nordisk with cutting edge technologies. We are located in
Ballerup, Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our colleagues in
the Product Supply, meaning that you will get to work closely
with users on shopfloor and technologies that drive our global
manufacturing processes forward.
