The position

•    Take lead advocacy work with authorities regarding anti-counterfeiting work;
•    Promote NN's anti-counterfeit work and efforts to external stakeholders, including authorities, media (working together with Communication), etc.; 
•    Collaborate with authorities to enable enforcement actions on new counterfeiting activities; 

•    Collaborate with Internet Platforms to monitor infringements and take mitigation actions;
•    Support other anti-counterfeit work as necessary; 
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor or above required, legal background, professional certifications (P.R.C. Bar) preferred;
•    10+ years working experience in multinational company or leading law firms specialized in IP (trademark protection);
•    Substantial/solid experience in working/dealing with authorities at central/local level, including Police, MPA (Medical Product Administration), AMR (Administration for Market Regulation), etc.;

•    Substantial/solid experience in the field of anti-counterfeiting/brand protecting, etc.;

•    Substantial/solid experience to handle infringement/dispute issues, etc.;
•    Rich experience to handle pharma law related regulations, enforcements, etc.;
•    Strong communication skills, especially interaction skills with people;

•    Strong written and verbal English, ability to report and communicate cases to and with the management as well as prepare presentations and briefings for both internal and external training;
•    Able to work on and prioritize multiple tasks, must be able to work well under pressure;
•    Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;
