The Position

As a Frontline Capabilities Training Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will lead the customer facing (frontline) trainings program, including selling skills trainings, onboarding of sales representatives, growing frontline capabilities to deliver the best customer experience and increase company performance.

 

Additionally you will:

  • Design the annual frontline capabilities training program, deliver the content and training that supports the commercial organization’s strategy, values and goals.
  • Ensures continuous improvement of sales skills programs such as value-based selling, customer experience, strategic selling etc.
  • Support Frontline Teams in selling skills and customer experience matters as well as People and Organization matters like: Future frontline customer engagement capabilities,  Best Sales Achievers Awards; Coaching capabilities.
  • Analyse the current and future capability development needs in collaboration with the business units for frontline teams in line with Novo Nordisk Israel and SEEMEA strategy and ambition.
  • In your role you will be 50% in the field on double visits with field force to see the learning implementation and provide feedback.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we expect you to have University Degree in relevant area, possibly Business Administration, Scientific Degree HR, organizational psychology or sociology . Master / MBA is a plus.

 

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales training roles
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry as a must
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Talented in probelm solving
  • Solid cross-functional team experience
  • Proven training skills- trainings for sales force would be an asset
  • Solid background and experience in coaching
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience in Multi-Channel communication
  • Experience in commercial excellence / Sales Force Excellence would be an asset
  • Training Program Development course or instructional design course is a plus.
  • Coaching certification is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew (Outstanding both written and verbal)
  • The role includes travels abroad for training and conferences

About the Department

You will be part of People and Organisation department which contains of: HRBPs, Training and Development Manager, Sustainability and Health and Safety Lead and you will work in a matrix reporting lines: you will report to People and Organisation Senior Director in a solid reporting  line and to the Customer Excellence Director in a dotted reporting line. Our core purpose is to enable Novo Nordisk to attract, retain, develop and reward the best  people in the best organisation and to grow our people capabilities

You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders in the assigned business in Diabetes, Obesity and Rare disease Business Units. You will grow your business understanding as you partner with key stakeholders on various team/business needs.
