The Engineering Supporter position is anchored in KFA Production Engineering and Facilities (PE&F) department, reporting to the PE&F manager. Our department is in-charge of integrating, 
operating, and bringing together,  a range of diverse administrative and staff functions. We strive to ensure the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of our facilities and assets. The position
As an Engineering Supporter at Novo Nordisk, you will be in-charge of a range of diverse administrative and support functions. Your main tasks will include:

  • Order and manage consumables inventory, aquiring parts from various websites.
  • Obtain quotations from equipment vendors and trading companies.
  • Plan job function training for team members.
  • Revise and register procedure manuals.
  • Manage change requests and deviations, collaborating with Production Operators to ensure smooth operations.

 

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or above with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food & beverage or cosmetics manufacturing industry along with knowledge of GMP standards.
  • Fluent level of Japanese and excellent English skills for reading and writing.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment, demonstrating a proactive,

    independent , and professional approach to work.
