The Position

As our new Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Driving the digitalization of our processes, which involves understanding customer needs, collecting and preparing large data sets, and conducting data analysis.

  • Developing data architecture frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality.

  • Converting data into business insights and visualizations that enable informed decision-making and positively impact the performance of our global production network.

  • Building and developing dashboards using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, or other business intelligence tools to monitor various performance metrics such as spare-part stock adherence, maintenance cost, technical escalations, OEE, scrap, and equipment overview.

  • Ensuring alignment of our dashboards across both our current and new contract manufacturers, following best practices.

  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify areas of innovation, and develop solutions using appropriate techniques.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:

 

  • An academic degree within a relevant field such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Economics.

  • Solid experience integrating Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools into daily operations, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, both in terms of data and processes.

  • A self-driven and proactive attitude with a high degree of responsibility, capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with clear communication abilities.

 

On a personal level, it is important that you work in a structured way in close collaboration with your peers. You should be capable of gaining a broad business understanding and have an improvement mindset, being curious about enhancing and further digitalizing our processes and data quality. A technical interest will be beneficial.

 

About the Department

GCM Devices: Technical Operations is located in new buildings in beautiful surroundings in Hillerød. The department is responsible for installing new capacity and maintaining our fleet of molding and decoration equipment produced at contract manufacturers around the world. In the coming years, we will be installing a lot of equipment worldwide, so it is crucial to streamline our processes and make them easily scalable to best support this growth. We aim to do this in a sustainable and effective way without compromising on quality. You will be part of the team Moulding Operations for FlexTouch products.
