The position 

As a Data Project Lead in our People Analytics team, you will lead and drive initiatives related to organizational insights and the application of new technologies. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Utilize your project management skills to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans. 

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure project success. 

  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business intelligence and decision-making. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and project management. 

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Strong experience and understanding of project management with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.  

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience in data analytics and business intelligence. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. 

  • Knowledge of new technologies and trends in data analytics and project management. 

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree

About the Department 

The People Analytics department at Novo Nordisk is a dynamic and growing team of 40 people covering Europe and India. We are a newly established department with a focus on leveraging data and analytics to gain insights into our organization. Our team is passionate about using data to drive decision-making and improve organizational performance. We work collaboratively and value diversity and inclusion.
