As a Personal Assistant, you will have the
opportunity to enter a close collaboration with a Director, Vice
President, Corporate Vice President or Senior Vice President. You
will work with a wide range of interesting tasks, such as calendar
management, travel planning and meeting coordination, including
taking minutes and following up on action points. Moreover, you
would be actively supporting the management in leading the area
effectively through a variety of administrative responsibilities.
As Department Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, optimising, and following up on a wide range of administrative tasks and processes across the department. You will be an instrumental part of the team, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the office is running smoothly, as well as support your colleagues with administrative tasks. Your responsibilities might include tasks such as coordinating events, off-sites or seminars, archiving and maintaining our intranet, assisting with onboarding and accesses, purchasing and financial tasks on department level, as well as support a variety of projects in the department.
As a Project Assistant you would be responsible for the administrative tasks around a specific project supporting your colleagues in the project team, e.g. ensuring execution of project planning and management, facilitate project team meetings, steering project strategies and endeavors towards pre-established objectives, such as project planning, continuous tracking and day-to-day coordination. Other tasks could be meeting planning, taking minutes, communication with stakeholders, making sure deadlines are met, as well as driving budget processes.

Assistants. In these roles your tasks can vary, but primarily you will

Other tasks could be meeting planning, taking minutes, communication with stakeholders, making sure deadlines are met, as well as driving budget processes.
By applying to the pipeline, you will be considered as a potential match for all administrative positions across all our departments in Kalundborg, Hillerød and Greater Copenhagen area (depending on which geographic sites you wish to apply). When an opportunity arises, we will reach out to you, tell you about the position, and invite you for an interview with the Hiring Manager. The pipeline is open for applications twice a year. Due to GDPR we close the pipelines after 6 months and send an e-mail notification out to all active candidates when the pipeline is closed. This e-mail will include a link to where you can re-apply to our new Administrative Talent Pipelines.
