To ensure a more efficient and simple recruitment process, we use our Talent Pipelines to create a talent pool of relevant candidates. A Talent Pipeline is, therefore, our proactive way to connect qualified candidates with our open positions as they become available. Being part of a Talent Pipeline means that you have the opportunity to apply only once and still be considered for all open positions.
If you qualify for our Talent Pipelines, once we see a potential match between you and an open position, based on your experience, qualifications and job aspirations, we will present your CV to the Hiring Manager. If the Hiring Manager finds your profile relevant for the specific position, we will contact you with information about the position and try to schedule a formal interview with the Hiring Manager. We will continuously do this with the positions that we see could be potential matches with your profile. When the Pipeline is about to expire, you will be notified and will have the opportunity to re-apply to continue to be considered for relevant positions through the Pipeline.

Once your application has been considered eligible for one or more of our Talent Pipelines, you will be contacted in order to coordinate an initial call with one of our representatives from the Talent Acquisition department. The call will take place via Microsoft Teams or over the phone and is estimated to last 15-20 minutes. The purpose is to gather specific information about your professional profile and your desires and aspirations for a future position.

No, after submitting your application to one of our Talent Pipelines, your profile and background will be evaluated based on the qualifications stated in the job advert. If your profile is selected as suitable for our Pipeline, we will contact you in order to schedule the initial screening conversation.
New positions continuously become available across Novo Nordisk in Denmark, but we can unfortunately not predict when a specific position relevant for your profile will become available. As an active part of our Pipeline, we might reach out to you at any point in the up to 3-6 months that our Pipeline is running with an opportunity for a job interview. Due to GDPR regulations, if your profile is still active after the 3-6 months you will receive an e-mail requesting you to re-apply to a new link.
