Do you have the drive to turn ambitious safety goals into reality? Are you passionate about building a culture where zero work-related absence isn’t just a vision — it’s the standard? Do you thrive in a role where you connect and cooperate with people on the production floor as well as senior management?
If your answer is yes, then you might be the Senior Health & Safety Partner we’re looking for!

The position

As a Senior Health & Safety Partner, you’ll do more than just ensure compliance — you'll shape strategy, drive cultural change, and partner with leaders on CVP level to embed health and safety into every decision.
This is your opportunity to play a central role in an organisation where complexity meets purpose, and where your expertise has real impact on both people and production.

This includes:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on health & safety legislation and compliance, ensuring production areas meet and exceed regulatory expectations
  • Analyzing HS data, identify trends, and support management in taking proactive, data-based decisions
  • Leading or supporting audit planning and execution, translating findings into tangible improvements
  • Driving HS strategy for Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) — from project design to daily operations — ensuring safety is part of every step
  • Serving as an advisor to production supporters and leaders, translating technical HS requirements into practical actions
  • Collaborating closely across functions and levels to align on improvements and elevate HS culture
  • Ensuring timely and effective HS involvement in technical projects and process changes

You’ll be part of a committed and ambitious Sustainability & Operational Excellence department working with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) as well as LEAN. The department has 13 employees, and you will be collaborating with and supporting the Health & Safety SVP Partner. While you'll report to the department director, your daily work will involve high independence, and close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across production, projects, and senior management.
Together, you'll be driving the continuous improvement of our Health & Safety culture, with a clear eye on results — and a strong sense of purpose.

This job is currently based in Gentofte, Denmark, but will relocate to Høje Taastrup, Denmark later this year.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Senior Health & Safety Partner, you’re not just bringing experience — you’re bringing passion, precision, and people skills. You know how to turn strategy into action, and how to inspire others to make safety second nature.

We imagine you have:

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in health & safety, preferably from high-standard environments such as pharma, biotech, or complex manufacturing
  • Deep expertise in general HS principles — both strategic and operational
  • The ability to navigate complex processes and dynamic organisational structures
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills — you’re confident in planning, creating and presenting data, and engaging colleagues across all levels of the organisation
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and work environment legislation
  • Fluency in English; written and spoken communication skills in Danish are considered an advantage

As a person you have a fundamental desire to make a difference within health and safety. You have a high personal drive, work independently and can pursue key focus areas. You have a natural talent for building relationships, influencing change, and motivating others.
