This position

1. Manage budget planning, including but not limited to Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE)
• Oversee the development and execution of AB and RE processes to ensure accurate financial planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary data and insights for budget preparation.

2. Conduct financial analysis and management reporting
• Analyze financial data to provide insights into the organization's performance against targets.
• Prepare and present management reports to local and global stakeholders to ensure transparency.

3. Partner with local and regional management team
• Collaborate with management teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize business understanding and interpersonal skills to drive value creation and support decision-making.

4. Ensure budget and financial compliance
• Monitor financial activities to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and compliance with financial regulations.
• Implement controls to prevent budget overruns and financial discrepancies.

5. Project management
• Oversee financial aspects of various projects to ensure they remain within budget and comply with financial standards.
• Provide financial guidance and support to project teams to facilitate successful project execution.
 

Qualifications

 

1. Bachelor degree above in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, controller or a similar role.

3. A good team player with strong analysis, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill

4. Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

5. Good communication skills

6. Self-initiated and flexible; works well under pressure of multiple / concurrent and tight deadlines

7. Fluent in English and Chinese

8. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI visualization tools is a plus
