The IT Business Support – digitalization department in GBS
is a dedicated digitalization office supporting and enabling
digitalization efforts within the organisation. Our focus is on
digitalizing the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) process and
expanding its scope to other key areas of the Business Support
portfolio. We drive continuous improvement, process automation,
