The position
As a Training Consultant in API, your main responsibility will be to support our process groups in ensuring the most optimal content and training setup within their respective areas. You will act as a consultant and provide support to multiple groups, helping them standardize, simplify, and optimize their current content and training setup. You will also be supporting on cases where aligning content and training to the highest level in API is needed by CVP areas. Additionally, you will assist in the development of new training initiatives and the implementation of relevant training technologies. You will also take part in developing, delivering and facilitating training at our Training Academy for new employees.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Identify content and training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.
  • Design simple, engaging, and efficient training.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from various parts of the organization
  • Use a data-driven approach to assess challenges and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.
  • Facilitate and train at our Training Academy
  • The team is in Kalundborg, however it is possible to work 2-3 days from other sites in Sjælland.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with Training Support / consultancy, or as a Process Supporter, in a GMP-regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, food, or aviation industry).
  • Great problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience from API Production, and preferably experience from working with Process Groups and Process Management.

 

About the department
The API Training and Academy team, of which you will be a part, collaborates across different production departments to provide training consultancy and support, and we facilitate and deliver the API Training Academy for new employees. Our team is focused on high engagement, performance, and personal development. We foster a social working environment where sparring and humor are highly valued.
