Would you like to play a key role of Technical Analyst for
Corporate Facilities (CFA) IT systems – Security System such as
PACS (Physical access control system), Alarm Response Center IT
Solution, CCTV & Cross Facilities IT Solutions such as
Guards Incident management Tools, Planon (Building Management
system), etc., with a focus on management of system, Inventory
management, compliance, strategy & documentations?

The position
We expect you to handle onsite daily IT Operations of
PACS, such as functionality verifying resolving errors &
warnings, support in security alert reviews, physical inspection
of access control hardware & inventory across facilities.
Ensuring PACS compliance with security standards, data
protection regulations, and organizational access policies. GxP,
GDPR, NIS2 & etc.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate profile
We prefer you have MSC, MBA, BA or similar graduate degree
in relevant field (Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
or equivalent.
In addition, you have:
You are a good collaborator, and works closely with Business
Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and
ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
Department overview
You will work in the ‘Quality & Facilities IT’
department, which is anchored in the Digital Data & IT
(DD&IT) Staffs organisation that has approximately 220
employees based in Denmark, India and the USA. DD&IT Staffs
supports the three global staff functions in Novo Nordisk:
‘People & Organisation’, ‘Finance, Legal & Global
Solutions’, and ‘Quality & Facilities’.
Our department currently consists of very experienced and
highly engaged people with different professional backgrounds
within architecture, project management and agile delivery. The
