The position
As Business Process Manager, you will use your holistic
supply chain knowledge and technical SAP expertise to improve our
supply chain and ensure stable and reliable pro-cesses. You will
take the lead in tasks which have a significant cross-functional
areas im-pact.
Your key responsibilities will include to:
Manage and overview the system implementation of new flows between Novo Nordisk and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) in SAP
Act as Master Data Steward in routine meetings to agree delivery actions and fa-cilitate knowledge sharing
Act as a system expert for operational areas and support colleagues with system issues
Demonstrate ability to identify better practice and create improvements in plan-ning processes and logistics flows
Run data analysis to identify and quantify gaps within planning processes and make clear prioritisations as well as coordinate actions needed to avoid or reduce the impact
Qualifications
To be considered for this position,
we imagine you:
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering or any other relevant field
Have a previous experience as Technology/SAP Consultant, Business Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, Demand planner, or as Supply Chain Project Manager
Possess strong knowledge of one or several of the following; SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA, SAP APO, OMP or similar ERP systems. Further you are experienced with master data creation and maintenance.
Have tactical planning competencies and a holistic overview of supply chain (typi-cally covering several parts of the organization)
Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
It would be considered as a plus if you are familiar with the pharmaceutical industry.
As a person, you are known to be highly engaged, proactive, not afraid to take the lead and have a problem-solving mindset. You can easily build relationships through trust and transparency and are able to communicate across cultures. You know how to get com-mitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You are able to understand dif-ferent perspectives, adapt your own communication and convince others to take owner-ship whenever it’s needed. Last but not least, you take responsibility in a dynamic envi-ronment, with many tasks to coordinate and execute on, with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
About the department
You will be a part of our international Supply Chain
department in the Global Contract Manufacturing - Drug Substance
(GCM DS) area, where we have an informal and direct tone, and
where we respect each other’s differences and encourage each
other’s profes-sional development. GCM DS is part of Novo
Nordisk’s Product Supply Organization and responsible for all Novo
Nordisk contract and license manufacturing of raw materials,
sidechains and drug substances to our Novo Nordisk production
sites. The primary role of GCM DS Supply Chain is to ensure
delivery of products to our respective customers in the global
supply chain. We are responsible for all logistics and supply
chain tasks to-wards our CMOs and sourcing of products into Novo
Nordisk according to the demand from our production sites and
customers world-wide.
As our new Business Process Manager, you will join a team of highly motivated and tal-ented colleagues in GCM DS Supply Chain, located in Taastrup. Today, our department consists of 7 Project Managers, 8 Supply Chain Planners, 1 Supply Chain Specialist and 2 Business Process Managers. We are responsible for purchasing and planning of products world-wide from our CMO outsourced production partners, and for setting up supply chains for our new CMOs.
