Department: F&O (Finance & Operations)
Location: Beijing, China
The position
• Collaboration with the different functions to drive and execute
strategic Supply Chain projects in Region China, ensuring their
effective implementation;
• Contribute to Region China
S&OP process establishment and implementation, and evolvement of
Region China S&OE process;
• Taking lead on regional
supply chain optimization and transformation projects, including
continuous improvement on Region China Supply Chain network (process,
route, external collaboration etc.);
• Support change management in Region China (mainland China, HK,
TW), ensuring best practice sharing across regions and contribute in
the implementation of a continuous improve-ment mindset and system in
the region;
• Stakeholder Management: Sustain strong
collaboration with stakeholders including cross functions in China, IO
Supply Chain team and PS.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above majored in supply chain, engineering,
statistics, finance or other relevant area;
• Over 8 years of
experience in supply chain, project management or business
development;
• Strategic Planning: The ability to develop and
implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes, reduce
costs, and improve efficiency;
• Project Management: Proficiency in overseeing and managing
supply chain development projects, ensuring they are delivered on
time, within budget, and according to specifications;

Continuous Improvement: Expertise in identifying opportunities for
process improvement, implementing best practices, and driving
continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply
chain;
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong
analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and solve
complex supply chain challenges effectively;
• Communication Skills: The capacity to effectively communicate
with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels
to convey strategic plans, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure
alignment across various functions within the organization.
