The position
We are looking for a Power Platform Developer, who will help accelerate our professional usage of process automation technologies, data analytics, and visualisation in our manufacturing processes. You will be part of a strong and engaging team, where your key focus will be to develop and implement innovative and scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be working closely together with our Tech Lead, another Power Platform Developer, and a community of other great colleagues who has a beating heart for low-code development.    

As a Power Platform Developer your main responsibilities will be to: 

  • Develop, test, implement & maintain solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.) to automate business processes, create custom applications, and integrate data from various sources.
  • Develop Canvas and Model-driven apps to support the ambition of going paperless. 
  • Create and maintain documentation and ensure solutions comply with relevant SOP’s and industry practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and trends in the Power Platform suit.

 

Please note our team will be moving to site Taastrup from September 2024. 

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Academic degree within Science / Business Administration or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the use of the Power Platform suit and its underlying technologies.
  • Experience in modern software engineering, agile teamwork, DevOps techniques, programming, or scripting language.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for automation solutions in regulated industries, such as pharma, healthcare or finance will be an advantage.

About the department 
The position is anchored in Manufacturing Tech & Innovation within Emerging Technologies, whose key mission is to redefine our manufacturing and analytical approach by creating fully automatised, data driven, and continuous digital processes. The MT&I team currently consist of ~ 50 highly skilled and diverse colleagues with different scientific backgrounds, working within Manufacturing Intelligence, Process Digitalisation, Robotics, and New Tech & Extended Reality.
The Process Digitalisation unit was established earlier this year, currently consisting of 7 employees. With the rapid advancement within low-code platforms, data, and analytics, we continue to bring in new competences and skills. Our ambition is to be the frontier, use the latest techniques and software to draw greater insights and future predictions from the data and thus making a significant impact on how we manage the future manufacturing operation.
