The Position

In this role you will have administrative tasks and you will provide support to the project managers and team coordinators as well as regional education managers. Example tasks are:

  • Contract, purchase order and invoice handling,
  • participant registrations,
  • documentation and archiving tasks and general support to the team,
  • Collection and compiling of speaker presentations

 

With time, you can expect the complexity of tasks to increase as you learn and develop further into this position and department.

 

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or intending to begin a master’s degree in business, social sciences, administration, or a related field, starting in the near future (and ideally with a minimum of 2-3 years of studies left):

 

The ideal candidate:

  • has high quality and ethics standards,
  • pays attention to detail and enjoys helping colleagues, customers and collaborators,
  • works structured with tasks,
  • fluent Danish is a need for this position
  • has Good IT skills, especially within Microsoft Office software.

 

About the Department

The education team is in the Customer Engagement & Commercial Innovation department in the Danish affiliate of Novo Nordisk. The team delivers education to Danish health care professionals in primary and secondary care across many different formats and platforms. We are broadly recognized for our commitment to customer centricity and high standards when it comes to quality and ethics.

The team consists of 8 full-time colleagues and a total of 2 student assistants. The team's key values are trust, openness and honesty and a good laugh.
