The position
As our Procurement Intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, all intended to support our organization. In this role, you will mostly work with colleagues in the Procurement area but also collaborate with other stakeholders across the company.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing visual material 
  • Giving input to and information gathering for Category strategies
  • Supporting the broader organization with purchasing in our E-Procurement system: Coupa
  • Helping with running sourcing events in Coupa
  • Providing general support to ad hoc tasks if required

Practicalities: 

  • Internship period: Minimum 4 months with possible extension
  • Working hours: 37 hours 
  • Start date: 1 September or 1 October 2024
  • Location: Køge, Denmark
  • Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows.
  • Full-time Danish work permit is required for non-EU residents

Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams.  

Qualifications
You are a student who is studying for your Master’s degree and interested in a career within Procurement/Sourcing.
To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English

About the department
The procurement, Negotiations, and Contracting team is part of the Business Support department and is supporting our organization with Indirect & CAPEX procurement and general contracting questions. In addition to Procurement, Business Support also includes Finance, Sustainability Partnering, and Legal functions and is headed by the CFO of Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S.
