The Position

1) Own and maintain digital solutions and platforms:   
•    Ensure that all aspects of the operational use of the platform runs smoothly and effectively, including platform evaluation, content generation, operational KPIs, etc.;
•    Ensure solutions and platforms are in line with business and brand needs (e.g. to improve awareness of diabetes for early diagnosis, right treatment, better outcomes);

2) Optimize, upgrade and extend the use of the platforms:
•    Identify the strategic focus based on the in-depth understanding about customer needs, the trend of social media and digitalization
•    Continuously identify opportunities for improvement or optimization, in terms of design, functionality, content, etc.; 

•    Manage upgrades, incl. establishing partnerships and managing vendors where required, to ensure project is delivered successfully;
3) Engage stakeholders and act as a 'subject matter expert' in using digital channels to engage target users:
•    Develop concrete expertise in the use of digital channels to engage customers;

•    Work with stakeholders to align plans across the organization with regards to patient education, engagement and behavior change.

 

Qualifications

•    Relevant master degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or EE;
•    Digital marketing experience preferred;
•    Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese;

•    Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system, physician needs; 
•    Good communication and stakeholder management skills;

•    Project management experience; 
•    Curiosity and innovative thinking;
•    Comfortable with data and has ability to draw insights from the data; 

•    Ability to work independently;
