The position
- Drive the vision and digital health strategy for patient solutions
by supporting Sr. Digital Solution Director to develop and execute
an innovative patient solution roadmap, and ultimately improve
patient engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes. 30%
- Lead the digital patient solutions development with up-to date
digital health technologies and trends to empower NN patient
ecosystem. 40%
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and
business partners to drive adoption and implementation of digital
health solutions. 30%
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience working in pharma industry or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus.
- An experienced healthcare professional in pharma industry with a
strong background in digital health technologies and patient-centric
care, proven experience in designing and implementing
patient-centric digital health initiatives.
- Strong service-oriented mindset and sharp business acumen.
- Digital savvy.
- Strong project management experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills for leading patient
solution team.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with
cross-functional teams and build relationships with patients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address patient
needs and challenges in digital health solutions.
- Strategic thinking and vision to drive the digital health strategy
and align the patient solution team with the organizational goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Change management skill.
- Effective oral and written communication, both in English and Chinese.

The Digital Health Hub aims to deliver innovative digital solutions
that enable doctors and empower patients to achieve their desired
outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and President of
Region China, the DH Hub is responsible for digital strategy,
partnerships and digital solutions to support the business in China –
Novo Nordisk’s second biggest single market globally. As the scale and
speed of digital transformation accelerates both in the industry and
