What we scout for

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a Consultant or Project Manager, preferably in a highly regulated industry
  • Proven experience working in the data space and a passion for leveraging data for strategic insights
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

 

On a personal level, we expect you to be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and an excellent team player.

You will be part of the Global Data & AI team, the unit in Digital, Data & IT driving the enterprise wide data agenda across Novo Nordisk.
