Our opportunity is based at the production site in Chartres.

 

Our department

You will work in : Change & Configuration department.

In collaboration with the BIM & CAD team, the job holder will independently propose and roll out standards, processes and procedures supporting and driving the agreed requirements set in contracts and directly guide individuals and teams during design and execution. The Job holder will on day-to-day basis secure the NN data consistency.

 

Your role

Securing and supporting the overall BIM & CAD strategy of Chartres Fill & Finished Program.

 

  • Site coordination and local BEP incl. model review and quality check site

Supporting the development and implementation of Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP), following project, business, and NN templates.

 

Managing key BIM stakeholders, coordinating and reviewing BIM needs to ensure alignment across facilities in the Fill Finish Program.

 

Ensuring the integrity of BIM data, models, and drawing documentation, including quality checks and milestone reviews.

 

Securing digital handover from CDE to Novonordisk content management system.

 

Organizing and securing review meetings with structured quality control, such as clash detection.

 

  • Develop global BIM standards and templates to go across the Chartres Fill & Finish Program

Leading the BIM strategy and BEP standard for Chartres.

Leading the development and implementation of general BIM standards.

Leading the development and implementation of quality checks.

Leading the development and implementation of equipment standards, including data validation.

Leading the development and implementation of the Master Design.

Leading the development and implementation of best practices for BIM scanning.

Leading the delivery of BIM training, including the development of training materials.

Managing access control for internal and external project stakeholders in the Common Data Environment (CDE).

 

Required Qualifications:

  • You have a Min. Bs. Engineering, Construction Engineer, Constructor or Technical Designer or other similar education.
  • You have 5+ years of work experience.
  • You have experience in coordination of larger projects / companies with complex stakeholder management landscape with focus on the data need for the maintenance and operation projects and routine.
  • The job requires solid and updated knowledge of BIM and BIM Management. For Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD expert level is required. Other BIM software will be in scope as it is important to be able to learn new applications going forward. Experience in AutoDesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.
  • You are Outgoing, clear communicator, solution orientated, adaptable, decisive, positive, independent and yet a team player.
  • You are Structured with high Data organization skills.
