About the Global Legal Ethics & Compliance Graduate Programme
Fast-track to success! This full-time position offers you the chance to experience three exciting jobs in just two years. You will work in various legal, ethics and compliance functions across Novo Nordisk, with the opportunity of a fast-learning track in different areas and geographic locations, focusing on personal and professional development (mentorship) as well as long-term career, to obtain a holistic view on the company.

As part of three rotations both at the global headquarters in Denmark and abroad you will be involved in a variety of tasks and will be offered an accelerated career development, with major learnings in the following areas:
1. Legal & Compliance in Pharma: acquiring international pharma industry experience with strong exposure to legal & compliance and other business functions
2. Digital process and capabilities: driving digitalization, simplification and automation of processes, using technology to improve efficiency
3. Risk Management: gaining risk assessment and methodology experience
