We are hiring for our two-year Manufacturing Talent Programme, which focus on pharmaceutical API manufacturing and technology, at our manufacturing hub in Zealand, which primarily is in Kalundborg, Denmark (approx. 1 hour from Copenhagen). One of your rotations could also be at our API manufacturing hubs in the US.
The Manufacturing Talent Programme is a permanent position which consist of three rotations. No rotation will be the same. The first rotation will consist of manufacturing process exposure. Key learnings: what is pharmaceutical manufacturing? How are unit-operations connected to drive value? What is the connection between industry 4.0 and pharmaceutical manufacturing? The second rotation will consist of data analytics exposure. Key learnings: what is industry 4.0 in the pharmaceutical industry? What tools are state-of-the-art for pharmaceutical manufacturing analytics? How to apply advance data analytics to drive value? The third rotation can be different tracks within manufacturing development, expansion projects or production, which could be at our API manufacturing hub in Clayton, North Carolina or West Lebanon, New Hampshire, US.
You will get a deep understanding of our company, our business, our values, and our production methods. You will be included in projects to improve and increase our production, reach our sustainability goals, and escalate our industry 4.0 transformation.
After the 2 years, you will be ready to continue your career at Novo Nordisk Kalundborg in Denmark or in the US, and have the opportunity to be a part of the future transformation of the pharmaceutical industry.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial online interview. The candidates who are not invited for an interview will be notified by e-mail.
Successful candidates will be invited to a Talent Camp held in Kalundborg, Denmark, where they will take part in team- and individual assessment. Feedback will be provided to the candidates who attended the Talent Camp.
This is the final step in the recruitment process. After the Talent Camp, the final pool of candidates will be invited for a second interview. Personality and mindset assessments will be part of these interviews and the Talent programme positions will subsequently be offered to the selected candidates.
The objective of having a Talent Programme is to strengthen the pipeline of potential future project managers, leaders and specialists within Novo Nordisk manufacturing hubs in Kalundborg, Denmark, Clayton, North Carolina, US and West Lebanon, North Hampshire, US.

Yes, as long as you graduate before 1. September 2025. It is okay if you have not received your official graduate diploma before starting, as long as you have finished your studies and are just waiting for the official papers.
This is an entry-level position, but candidates with 1-2 years of experience after graduation are welcome to apply.
Yes, the Manufacturing Talent Programme is a regular full-time position, and your salary will be comparable to an entry level position.
Yes, travel expenses on economy class to and from the Talent Camp will be reimbursed. Please keep receipts to verify costs.
Yes, all nationalities can apply to the programme. If selected, Novo Nordisk helps you secure your work visa.
If you need to relocate to Denmark to join our Manufacturing Talent Programme, we will provide accommodation for the first three months. This will give you the time to find a place to live.
You will join a host department as an equal member of the team. You will be trusted with a lot of responsibilities and exciting tasks and in turn be expected to deliver high quality.
There are plenty of people in the organisation who are ready to help and guide you during the Manufacturing Talent Programme. You will have a Mentor who will guide you during the full 2 years of the programme. In each rotation you will additionally have a host manager who will support you in your daily work and throughout the 8 months in their department.
