Novo Nordisk applicants are required to apply only via our official company and affiliate country websites (Novonordisk.com,  etc.) or directly via our applicant tracking system (careers.novonordisk.com). Any action to ask you to apply to a job that does not lead back to one of these sites is likely to be fraudulent. 

Novo Nordisk only utilizes one domain for email accounts (example@novonordisk.com). Any contact by an email that does not use exactly that domain is likely to be fraudulent.

During the selection process, we will require one or more interviews that are conducted either face-to-face or virtually with employees of the company. We do not conduct our interviews via a chat platform or conduct text-based interviews. Any offer of employment that is unsolicited and/or does not involve an interview process is likely to be fraudulent.

Hiring process related travel will be booked through our travel agency at our own expense and at our direction. If you are being asked to pay to book travel as a part of an interview process, that is likely to be fraudulent.

We do not ask prospective employees to undergo any form of paid trainings. If you are asked to pay money for any form of training, it will potentially be a fraudulent one

Novo Nordisk does not ask the applicant for information related to bank accounts, credit cards, or other financial accounts prior to a signed, official offer letter of employment. If you are being asked for this information earlier in the process, it is likely to be fraudulent.

You may contact your local law enforcement agency for guidance if you have been defrauded or suspect identity theft as a result of an employment scam.
