Project Manager within Maintenance

The Position
As a Project Manager within Maintenance in Fill & Finish Expansions, you will play a crucial role within the Operational Standards organisation. In the Fill & Finish Expansions program, we are responsible for establishing new production facilities.

We are responsible for developing and implementing a common standard for maintenance. We are developing the maintenance plans, by using internal best practice templates and engaging in co-creation with the sites. 
 
Your responsibilities will include: 

• To provide clear goals and purpose for the project and the project members while setting up effective systems, structures and processes.
• Actively driving projects decision making within projects also with senior stakeholders and project owner.
• To provide guidance to the sites on how to develop the Maintenance plans, by using existing standards.
• Negotiation of project resources with LoB management and manage these resources during project execution.
• Report project performance to the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of the Maintenance plans meet the expectations.

This position requires a high degree of independence. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have: 

• An academic degree within Engineering, Life Science, Business Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead change initiatives effectively.
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent formal training are required.
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements and the ability to communicate complex content in a simple way would be considered as advantage. 
• Background in production or manufacturing settings is advantageous.

As a person, you are fluent in Danish and English both in written and spoken form. You set high standards for your work and you are data-driven. You are a team player who works well with managing complex dependencies between different areas in a structured way. In addition, you show confidence and are able to act as a role model in the team.

You demonstrate initiative, flexibility and share knowledge with your colleagues. Furthermore, you are curious about new technology within your own processes. The significance of collaborating in this job cannot be overstated, making it essential to possess the ability to find common ground, being pragmatic or engage in productive discussions when making decisions. The Maintenance team is located in Odense. We work in close collaboration with the sites, to utilize the resources the best and ensure we develop a product that works in daily operation. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to maintaining and improving our manufacturing processes.
