The position 

As a CVP Quality Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal requirements. This involves overseeing quality control procedures, supplier performance, and continuous process improvements to maintain high standards across MSATs departments. 
 

Your main tasks will be: 

  • Define and implement quality  activities, processes, and standards to meet both internal and regulatory quality requirements. 
  • Conduct audits, monitor performance , and assess the quality  of processes and outputs across the departments. 
  • Identify and manage  vendors and suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational quality standards, including negotiating  service level agreements and performance/quality metrics with suppliers. 
  • Develop quality control strategies and prepare regular reports to highlight and address recurring quality challenges. 
  • Lead improvement projects across MSAT in collaboration with relevant stakeholders 

 

Please note that while the position is based in Bagsvaerd, however you will be required to be on-site in Kalundborg and Gentofte occasionally.  


Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications: 

  • An academic degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or other relevant scientific background  
  • High quality mind-set with good cooperation, management, and communication skills. 
  • +3 years of experience working with GSP, GMP and quality activities. 
  • Preferably experience with coordinating and preparing audits, quality system knowledge and experience in a leading cross organizational projects. 
  • Proficiency in writing, reading, speaking, and understanding English.

You have an agile mindset, and you are able to inspire and motivate others. Finally, it is important with a positive behaviour and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
 

About the department 

The job is within the PS API MSAT Business Support department, located in Bagsværd. The department serves traditional business support functions within administration, strategy, finance, training, quality, cLean®, facility, and statistics. These tasks are organized in the Business Support team. 
 

In addition, the department contains a new BIO, Data & Digital team, responsible for implementing the MSAT strategy for data and digital solutions, as well as modelling related to current and future products
