The position
As head of CMC AnaC Project Office, your job will be to
build, foster and develop the department to meet the needs
and strategy of the analytical development project
portfolio, securing its progress. This you will do by
collaborate both internally with the other departments in
CMC AnaC, but also by interacting cross functionally with
other Portfolio Management departments across Novo Nordisk.
You will need to balance the demands of the business here and now, while at the same time ensure our longer-term ambition is fulfilled. Many internal and external stakeholders will rely on your understanding and your ability to translate business needs into meaningful prioritisation, and it will also be your responsibility to expand the areas’ strategy and competences to follow the ambition and purpose of Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications
We are looking for a positive and solution-oriented candidate
with a
a master’s degree in chemistry, pharmacy, engineering,
or similar
along a proven leadership experience of
leading leaders.

About the area
AnaC is a newly established CVP area responsible for
designing and developing analytical methods, including
characterisation, bioanalysis, stability, comparability,
release and in-process testing. We are present from late
research through lifecycle management across the entire
product portfolio. We are attuned to emerging trends,
industry requirements, and new technologies ensuring a
strong support to key stakeholders in CMC. AnaC is an area
that currently consist of 6 departments with a broad
stakeholder landscape, and colleagues in both Ireland, Czech
Republic and USA.
