The position
As a Master Data Specialist at Novo Nordisk's site in Cham, Switzerland, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity, consistency, and quality of master data across systems. Supporting the Global Customer Operations unit, you will ensure effective data exchange between sites, optimize ERP systems, and uphold data governance standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations, you will help drive operational excellence through reliable data management practices.

SwissCo CDMO Operations GmbH is based in Cham Switzerland and is a part of Novo Nordisk External Supply - an international and high-performing organisation. The Cham office consists of around 25 people from multiple different countries. Our responsibility is to ensure high quality and compliant operations, delivering products and services to our partners. We use our varying experience to create ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global External Supply organisation.
