The position
You will be part of “AM Brownfield Site Integration”, a newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM), aiming to maximize production capacities at the acquired sites, integrate them into Novo Nordisk, aligning with the PS AM operating model and set the strategic direction for the integration program. Your responsibilities:

• Post Merger Integration (PMI): Build a global Production Support Integration work package incl. underlying projects in DK and on sites in collaboration with the work package owner and integrate the sites into processes and capabilities related to:

           - Asset management and metrology

           - Spare parts materials mgmt.

           - Utilities

           - Facilities mgmt. & security

           - Health & Safety

• Work package planning & governance: Plan workshops and interact with key stakeholders, facilitating and lead on-going planning and prioritization of activities, ensuring communication of changes and current version of plan. Collaborate with Program Manager and Program planner to anchor updates in a Schedule/Planning system, as well as with the Site Integration lead, teams and incl. training/on-boarding of changes.
• Change management: Ensure local and global engagement by conducting change management and apply change management principles in the project planning.
• Risk management: Identify and update work package risks in relation to Post Merger Integration.

You will work closely with the Program planner, Workstream owners & drivers, Integration leads at the sites and the rest of AM Brownfield Site Integration. You will be part of a newly established organization, where we are still discussing and defining roles & responsibilities, so you will need to have a flexible mindset to above areas of responsibilities. As the organization grows, some areas of responsibility will maybe be adjusted/shared with other colleagues to balance workload.
 

Qualifications
The successful candidate, would ideally have: 

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in science, engineering, business or similar.
• 10 years of relevant experience within project management.
• Knowledge in processes/capabilities within production support (advantageous if have experience from pharmaceutical industry, production sites or Novo Nordisk).
• Possess good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
• Work in different cultures and can be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
