The position
You will be part of “AM Brownfield Site Integration”, a
newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS
AM), aiming to maximize production capacities at the acquired
sites, integrate them into Novo Nordisk, aligning with the PS AM
operating model and set the strategic direction for the
integration program. It is a fantastic opportunity to have a
global impact at Novo Nordisk and enable us to serve even more of
patients worldwide.

- Asset management and metrology
- Spare parts materials mgmt.
- Utilities
- Facilities mgmt. & security
- Health & Safety
You will work closely with the Program planner, Workstream
owners & drivers, Integration leads at the sites and the rest
of AM Brownfield Site Integration. You will be part of a newly
established organization, where we are still discussing and
defining roles & responsibilities, so you will need to have a
flexible mindset to above areas of responsibilities. As the
organization grows, some areas of responsibility will maybe be
adjusted/shared with other colleagues to balance workload.

Manufacturing (PS AM) is part of Product Supply, which supplies
products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk. PS AM is the
largest unit in Product Supply, and we are responsible for all
