The position

The role of an IT Infrastructure Analyst involves managing and maintaining the company's infrastructure solutions to ensure compliance and support for various projects. You will work closely with stakeholders at various level of seniority and different backgrounds, to ensure the successful implementation and life cycle management of IT infrastructure. You will refer IT professionally to our IT Infrastructure Manager, an experienced colleague within your new team.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating with both internal and external partners to secure high operational standards, driving the implementation of new technologies, and maintaining compliance within IT and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for managing the life cycle of IT infrastructure solutions and participating in corporate IT forums to support governance and decision-making processes

 

Key tasks:

  • Operating and maintaining infrastructure solutions and services.
  • Ensuring IT and infrastructure compliance.
  • Designing infrastructure solutions to support projects.
  • Managing life cycle management processes of IT infrastructure.
  • Participating in relevant NN corporate IT forums and governance.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you have:

  • Technical education as an engineer or other relevant.
  • Strong working experience with operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong skills in Windows servers, Powershell, AD, VMware, VLAN, Backup/Restore, SQL, SAN etc.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.

 

GMP understanding and experience will be considered an advantage.

 

Furthermore, you possess the capability to break down intricate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical staff. You have robust networking and interpersonal skills, underpinned by superior communication abilities, enabling seamless interactions across various levels of the organization.

 

About The Department

If you are hired for this position, you would become part of our IT & OT Support team, working side by side with experienced colleagues from across the organization who know the processes and the opportunities for optimization. The team consists of 8 employees with various educational backgrounds, providing you a group of experienced colleagues for sparring and collaboration. The team covers IT Compliance Management, IT Security, IT End-User support and IT Infrastructure. We have a very broad stakeholder landscape across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, Novo Nordisk A/S and with several external partners. We also collaborate and support the three additional IT&OT related teams: 'Operational Technology' (Automation), and the two teams covering IT Solution Management: 'Manufacturing & Supply Chain IT' and 'Laboratory & Business IT.
