We are looking for an experienced and innovative Solution Architect to join our team, focusing on the People & Organization (HR) space.

 

In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting solutions leveraging your expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform developed applications.


In this role you will:

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific requirements and challenges within the People & Organization department
  • Architect end-to-end solutions by leveraging SAP BTP developed applications, SAP SuccessFactors, and other relevant technologies
  • Define and design integrations, data flows, and workflows to ensure seamless operation and data consistency across the landscape, providing technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of HR solutions
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement enhancements to the current solution, leveraging expertise in SAP technologies and industry best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration with other HR systems and processes
  • Contribute to the development of a roadmap for the evolution of HR solutions, considering emerging technologies and business needs

The ideal candidate has a strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies; excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.

Moreover, to thrive int this role, we imagine you have:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the People & Organization (HR) space
  • Expertise in SAP technologies, particularly SAP BTP
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations within the SAP landscape and across HR systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams

 

Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and SuccessFactors is considered an advantage.

You will support our Human Resources Digital Data & IT team (HR DD&IT) where we provide internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk to support our 55,000 colleagues globally and our 5,000 managers. Our goal is to create intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems.

 

HR DD&IT is anchored within Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) and team members are placed closely to People & Organisation (P&O) teams for optimal collaboration. We partner with P&O as their trusted tech leader creating business value through strong global digital, data and IT solutions.
