The position
As the Associate Director, you will utilize your diverse

About the department
Novo Nordisk Consulting is Novo Nordisk’s in-house
management consultancy reporting directly to Executive
Management. We focus on combining best practices from top-tier
strategy consultancies with the strengths of being an internal
consultancy to drive a broad range of high-profile projects
across the value chain and geographies.
Our projects provide exposure to Senior Management for all team members and the unit is recognised as a key talent incubator in Novo Nordisk with a strong track record for exporting talents to management positions across the organisation. We develop our talents by continuously investing in both personal and professional development and strive to offer the same steep learning curve as in top-tier consultancies. You will join a young, dynamic team of +30 employees with diverse backgrounds. Our aspiration is to grow further, which is supported by a strong buy-in from top management.
