Department: F&O (Finance & Operations)

The position
Perform as an expert on Gross to Net analysis and support decision making through fact based comprehensive analysis and insights :
- Conduct comprehensive analysis, focus on the distribution fees
govern-ance and provide valuable insights to facilitate Region China
Market Access Committee decision making;
- Review distribution
policy execution by distribution fees tracking and anal-ysis,
safeguard the effective distribution fee payment and alert potential
risks reflect by abnormal fluctuation of distribution fees.
Conduct pricing planning and variance analysis together with Sales
Fore-casting COE team:
- Based on input to simulate pricing forecast in planning cycle
through effective model and methodology.
Drive and contribute in pricing related business cases to enhance
pricing transparency and effective tracking. Examples are:
- Drive cross functional discussion to simulate financial impact
and pro-vide proposal on pricing strategy for decision making.
Qualifications
• Master degree with relevant major from top Chinese
University/Oversea University;
• 3-4 years of working
experience in financial management, Big-4 or MNC experience
required;
• Well-developed data/process management and
analytical skills with independent thinking combined with a curiosity
to understand business;
• Good business sense and keen at translating business
understanding into numbers;
• Fluent both in written and
spoken English;
• Good communication, especially to
communicate financial analysis result in a logically and structured way;
• Self-driven and strong execution.
