The position
As a Senior Planning Systems Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Work with the interaction between the systems, integration of systems and designing systems solutions.
  • Lead projects that cover the integration of systems
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and departments, engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning systems track, in relation to system integration and processes of new sites and lines.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • An academic degree within Engineering, IT systems, Supply Chain management or similar field.
  • Requirement of 8+ years of experience in implementing, designing and managing IT systems, or similar relevant field.
  • Proven experience in planning interactions and systems.
  • Strong project management skills and project planning skills, particularly in integration processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Insights in OMP, S/4 Hana, ERP systems, S&OP, S&OE, Operational Planning, 
  • Experience in Pharma / GMP related business.

You should possess a natural drive, commitment, and focus on maintaining optimal processes, while being curious and open to learning. Additionally, you should have experience working at a strategic level, with strong analytical capabilities to communicate findings, lead projects, and influence decision-making. You thrive in driving initiatives independently and have a forward-thinking outlook. Fluency in spoken and written English is required, and a willingness for limited travel is expected.

 

About the department
You will join the SC Integration and Interim Planning team, where we focus on the seamless integration of new sites and interim planning. Our team is dedicated to ensuring smooth transitions and optimizing planning processes. We work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where every team member's contribution is valued.
