About DD&IT Development
We are a dedicated unit of around 170 people in Denmark,
65 in India and 15 in Poland responsible for the implementation,
development and operation of projects and applications used for
clinical trials and pharmaceutical product approvals. We work
closely together with our colleagues in the line of business
helping them achieve their goals through digital solutions. You
will be part of an agile, inspiring and ambitious work
environment, where teamwork is key.
The job
As our new People Leader, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a culture of excellence in software development practices, cloud infrastructure management, and data governance at Novo Nordisk. You will lead one of our engineering groups, helping our developers with the adoption of best-in-class software development methodologies, ensuring robust cloud infrastructure, and championing data governance principles. Your primary focus will be on coaching and developing individuals within the team, guiding them in adhering to industry-leading software development practices.
You will be entrusted with the task of attracting,
nurturing, and retaining top talent, overseeing their
recruitment, onboarding, and continuous advancement. You will
join the DD&IT Development Tech and Validation leadership
team. In this team you will be jointly responsible for the
setting the strategy and will be instrumental in steering the
technical direction and ensuring the successful execution of our
department initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about data & software engineering and people leadership. A candidate who gets energized from working with people in a fast-moving environment. You are a natural servant leader, looking to challenge the status quo and inspire the people in the team.
