What’s in it for you
We are on an exciting journey rolling out SAP EWM, a Warehouse Management System (WMS), at various sites in Novo Nordisk with the purpose of automating warehouse operations by applying modern technology, e.g., mobile robots (AGVs/AMRs) and shuttle systems. This is a key enabler for Novo Nordisk’s digitalization journey and you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years.
You will work closely with our SAP EWM Core Product Analyst team, our implementation partners and other tracks within WareX as responsible for driving new strategic core features through the IT lifecycle.
You will also be involved in dialogues across our programme, ensuring that the solution delivered is aligned with business requirements and to ensure a high level of quality in your deliverables as the project must adhere to GxP requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver new core strategic features from end-to-end in close cooperation with our implementation partners and different tracks in the WareX program.
  • Cooperating with the process owner and team, regarding aspects such as gap analysis, designing business processes, configuration, system documentation and validation of processes.
  • Ensuring that the features are designed, developed and implemented with focus on high quality and compliance with no risk to the running production sites.
  • Close collaboration with the O&M team to ensure a smooth deployment in a complex system landscape.
  • Working efficiently in an agile program setup with a global team.

What We Look For
To be successful in this role, we expect you to meet most of the following qualifications:

  • Academic degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Strong knowledge and experience with the SAP EWM module, including MFS functionality for automated warehouses, is an advantage.
  • Significant experience in configuring SAP Logistics modules (MM, WM, SD) with a solid understanding of integration across modules and systems.
  • Experience in presenting information and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Familiarity with GxP regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

As a person you have a pragmatic mindset and you are solution oriented. You can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language. You have excellent written communication skills for creating and reviewing system documentation and instructions.
When solving your tasks you use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to ensure all activities throughout the IT life cycle is done in accordance with implementation plans and relevant procedures. Moreover, you are able to drive continuous improvement, in a highly complex stakeholder environment.
