The position
As a Global Associate Director – CETA, Commercial GBS at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Provide strategic direction to team to develop and evolve commercial strategies, materials, and campaigns.
Collaborate with affiliates, regions, business areas, and other stakeholders to drive commercial objectives. Integrate and develop new tools to optimize productivity and bring external perspectives.
Build new capabilities to achieve strategic objectives in new therapy areas.
Develop strong future people management and leadership capabilities within the team. Drive excellence in quality and execution. Live the Novo Nordisk Way & develop the team as per NN way.
Focus on recruitment, also ensuring they are a part of talent development programme.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
A Master’s degree or above in relevant area.
12-14 years of experience in pharmaceutical domain, preferably in the commercial domain.
Strong collaboration skills with a focus on performance.
Excellent People Management skills.
Attraction of good talent, with attention to their growth factors.
Should set an example for the team to follow
Experience in commercial strategy formulation, as a holistic leader.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven and fact-based decisions.
A quality mind-set and a proven track record in a global environment.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Managerial experience, initiative, decision-making abilities and a flexible attitude.
Understanding of Diabetes and medical.

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Diabetes, Obesity, Rare D and CETA TA areas. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
