About the Data Science Graduate Programme
The full-time position as a Data Science Graduate offers three
exciting eight-month rotations across our company and value chain,
providing you with a broad experience and skills within data science
and data engineering. You get to experience first-hand how data
science plays a role across the business in ensuring that Novo Nordisk
can better develop and deliver life-changing medicines to our patients.
During the programme you will work in different teams in
Research & Early Development, Development, areas of Digital Data,
Data Science and IT, and Product Supply utilizing different
technologies within statistics, modelling, AI, or vision technologies.
You will be working in a global organisation with many different
stakeholders in an international network of world-class colleagues,
where your contributions and perspectives will play a valuable role in
shaping the future of Data Science at Novo Nordisk within
the
pharmaceutical industry.

The Position
Over the course of this two-year programme, you will expand your
international network, while experiencing how digital transformations
in pharma take place alongside our skilled colleagues across the
organisation. Together we will shape your journey by choosing the
focus during your three rotations, all while being mentored by
experienced colleagues who will challenge and guide your development.
You will take part in different use cases, covering front-end,
back-end, development, and applications of advanced analytics. As a
unique feature, you will have the possibility to investigate different
elements in the pharmaceutical value chain, learning to apply your
skills in different settings, ranging from development of new
medicines, to delivering high quality medicines from complex
production units.

About the Graduate Programme
Our Global Graduate Programme is designed to bring together
change makers with a diversity of perspectives and equip them with the
tools needed to accelerate their personal and
professional development. The two-year programme allows you to explore
the world while developing your career. You will be taken on three
rotations around the globe where you will work in a fast-paced
environment and grow in ways you never could have imagined. You will
