About the Manufacturing Technology Graduate Programme


The full-time position as a Manufacturing Technology Graduate is about optimizing and improving production through development and implementation of the newest technology. For this we need the brightest and most innovative minds!

 

The Manufacturing Technology track offers rotational opportunities with three challenging and exciting eight-month rotations, where you get to work in various technology development and production departments across our sites both in Denmark and internationally. You will be working closely with technology and explore ways to utilise its capabilities. This includes working with advanced automation principles, robotics, and machine learning.

The Position


You will start by joining one of our production sites in Denmark, followed by a rotation in one of our international facilities, and finally finish the programme with a final rotation back in Denmark. During the two-year programme you will work alongside specialists and leaders from various fields within technology and manufacturing innovation. You will be a full-fledged member of the team from day one, where we count on you to present your ideas and insights. In return, you will get to play an instrumental role in the development and scaling of technology across production at our manufacturing sites. 

 

You will gain extensive knowledge in all aspects of technology and solution development, and work with stakeholders from all over the world. Qualifications


To thrive and succeed as a Manufacturing Technology Graduate, we expect you to have:

 

  • Recent master's degree (from 2024 or 2025) within: 
    • Manufacturing technology/machine technology/mechatronics
    • Robotics/computer vision/automation/autonomous systems/AI
    • Engineering, e.g., production, mechanical or similar
  • International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
  • No more than 1 year of full-time working experience between or after completing your master's degree
  • Global mobility and international mindset
  • Professional fluency in English

Our global Graduate Programme is designed to bring together change makers with a diversity of perspectives and equip them with the tools needed to accelerate their personal and professional development.
