About the Department

You will be organizationally placed in HR DD&IT in GBS, and you will report to the local Head of HR IT Business Solutions. The internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk support our 55,000 colleagues globally and our 5,000 managers. Our goal is to create intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems. We are anchored in DD&IT Staffs in the global Digital, Data & IT organization.

 

The Position

As a Business Analyst II, you will anchor the operations and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation for various regions. It includes,

  • Responsible for the operation & maintenance support that includes roll-over cycles, new compensation projects, change management and compliance of SuccessFactors Compensation system while adapting the feasible changes requested by stakeholders in the system.

  • Be a part of SARBOX audit and hold the credibility for the changes done in the system with yearly reviews and activities done for compensation.

  • Provide solutions and suggestions to cater the need of the business without compromising system functionalities or performance.

  • Responsible for configuration management and testing the system and updating the change requests on a regular basis.

  • Be in touch with SAP to understand the changes in the system and act as a bridge between business and the implementation vendor to ensure the processes are in place for any new implementation and align with other module team members to understand the implications that can occur from other module implementations.

 

Qualifications

  • MSC, MBA, bachelor’s or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).

  • 6+ years of experience with IT with relevant 4+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Compensation.

  • Should have 2+ years of experience configuring/implementing SAP.

  • Experience in vendors management with strong stakeholder management.

  • Experience of Pharmaceutical industry experience (working with GxP system) is a value add. Knowledge on Agile, Scrum, Safe would be an add-on. Knowledge on ServiceNow would be a value add.
