The Position

The Social Media Manager will act as an expert within Social Media planning and activation to deliver best in class digital campaigns, social recommendations and community management that will drive business impact. This role will work closely with key colleagues in the Customer Engagement Team, Digital Communication team and local program managers. Additionally, this role will be collaborating with external partners and vendors across global, regions and affiliates.

 

  • Be the hands-on person for execution, setup, optimization of social media paid campaigns and community management.
  • Build recommendation that supports brand and business objectives, and campaigns setup across global commercial teams and local affiliates.
  • Collecting and analysing data, optimising paid media activities, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in social media campaigns.
  • Superusers of Social Media marketing tools like Sprinklr, Meta Business manager, Hootsuite, LinkedIn business Manager etc. Knowledge of privacy policy, regulations and limitations of each social media channels across the world.
  • Understand multi and omnichannel approach to paid media and provide a holistic view on performance based on the insights and Monitor performance and track user engagements across platforms (Analytics).

 

Qualification

  • Master’s degree or above in relevant area.
  • Has 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven hands-on work experience as a Social media strategist, Social media manager or Paid Social Specialist.
  • Candidate must be an expert within their field and have their digital tool box in order in particular within Social Media and ideally Paid Media in general and website traffic drivers.
  • Hands on experience and master user of Social Media Analytics. Strong data understanding and interest.
  • Excellent written communication. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ability to identify target audience preferences and plan content to meet these preferences.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good time-management skills.
